I'm glad I purchased the 44 pound option.Instead of the thirty three or twenty six pound option. The features are great. There's a great pull out drawer on the top where you put the water in, so you don't have to pull the hole unit out to put water in the ice Maker, which is awesome.It goes in the water tank and then goes down into the system.So you're not pouring water over ice or having to remove a bucket period. The ice draw itself holds a ton of ice.. I'm going to stop using my refrigerator ice Maker.Because it's 20 years old and I'm using filtered water and ice taste awesome.It holds about 4 pounds of ice in the ice holder.After the nugget ice is made so I'll transfer that to my ice bucket from my other ice Maker.So I can have continuous.Ice all the time.

Love the little nuggets of ice. It makes ice fast. Ice tends to melt quickly in my tea glass. Has lip on back of ice bin to hold in place when pulling out ice container. Makes me a little nervous removing the bin that the ice will dump on my floor. Has a hum but not a loud noice. In order to make the 44 lbs of ice you will need to empty ice frequently and replenish water reservoir several times a day. Overall, very pleased.

I love this!! I use ice ALOT! I was filling up 4 ice cube trays every 2 days so I finally broke down and bought an ice maker and don't regret it! This big bucket of ice was made in only about an hour (probably less if I emptied the passkey faster). This machine is fairly quiet and super easy to use. My only dislike is that the basket the ice falls into isn't refrigerated so if you let the ice sit it melts and then when you put the ice in and bucket then the freezer the cubes freeze together so you have to basically use a knife to break them apart. Honestly to me this is a mild inconvenience compared to how much this has helped me! I drink more water now because of this

I’m not an ordinary ice chewer… I only like “sonic” ice. We already had an ice shortage in my home so adding something that would help eliminate that issue was a plus. We’ve owned a countertop ice maker in the past so I knew I wanted something better than that. My husband let me know it was on sale for $39 so I ordered one and had it delivered from the store the same day. I had it unboxed and making ice in less than 30 minutes. Others have mentioned it’s loud, maybe I’m just not close to it Terran but it doesn’t bother me. The sound reminds me of a soda machine. It does not run constantly and the amazing ice is well worth it for me.

Please excuse my outdated countertops, but I absolutely love this ice machine. It’s like sonic ice more dense. I find ice like sonic to melt quickly, but this is dense enough that it does not. I originally got it because I’m an ice chewer, and this was recommended by my dentist. I absolutely love it. The cleaning procedure is easy and it keeps up with two of us in the house. We go through about a gallon of water a day using this machine. Full disclosure we bought the extended warranty as well.Be prepared to pay attention to the measurements when we got it in, was bigger than I originally imagined. The noise level is about the same as the refrigerator, with the occasional is that you, Satan sound here and there. I will update if anything happens to the machine in the next year.

Works great. Makes ice fast and large size. Fits great in my rv on the counter.

Got it as a gift. Easy set up. Just take it out of the box, plug in, fill the tank. In about 20 minutes from plug in, had enough ice to fill a 16 oz glass. The ice is the same size and soft like Sonic ice, but cleaner cubes. The ice bucket is not cooled so ice melts and is recycled into the water chamber to make more ice. The black model is actually a charcoal gray. The unit fits nicely on the countertop and under the cabinet. So far the noise level is less than my air purifier. When the ice drops, the noise is very soft.

You can enjoy your first cup of ice in about 10 min. We love it bc it's saving us a ton of money. The bullet shaped ice is nice it fills up with whatever you're drinking. I only wish that It came with a hose fill up the reservoir with. Also you have to watch when the ice is being pushed into the holding basket it piles up in the back and you have to push it down or the indicator light will say it's full when it's nor. It's small enough to take with you most any place you go. It's feels very sturdy . It takes a little Maintenance but I think it's worth it.

Seems to work great. 1st use was easy, just add water and the machine did the rest! I will most likely give a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ after using it a few more times- just making sure it holds up. So far, so good 👍

It's just a little noisier than I would prefer, but this ice maker delivers every time. It does take up considerable counter space, but our family loves the convenience of on-demand "hospital quality" ice. Despite a couple of the reviews that I read prior to purchase, we still have ice in the chamber even after forgetting it overnight. No complaints about this machine after 4 months of heavy usage.
